I was born in Venezuela near the sea where I spent most of my childhood enjoying  the endless summer weather. Those beautiful memories are often the fuel and inspiration for my work.

I came to Canada 31 years ago.  Looking back, I feel nothing but appreciation for my new life.  I miss my native country, my friends and family, but Canada opened the doors and made me feel welcome. 

During my mid thirties I realized my  passion for design and craft. I love playing with organic materials such as flowers and leaves, and find  pleasure in giving them another life by making them a beautiful and minimalist ornament for the body.

I learn through experimenting with various materials.  Silver clay, enamel, resin, watercolours, hand made paper, natural stones and wood are mediums that I have and continue to use in my design process. 

My creations are comfortable and functional. They are casual yet sophisticated. Customer safety is a priority when creating my pieces.  I use hypoallergenic sterling silver chains and findings as well as stainless steel posts for my stud earrings. 

I aim to communicate through my work a feeling of connection to nature and spirit, and love seeing people of all ages wearing my pieces.

Simplicity, functionality and wearability through experimenting with the interaction of Light, Colour and Nature.
